Lucy is a chartered psychologist who has enjoyed a career in Psychology practice as well as stints in recruitment with JPMorgan and as the Global Head of Recruitment at strategy consultancy L.E.K. Consulting.

Today she is the Vice Chair of the Association of Business Psychology as well as the founder of Brave Starts a career change and job shadowing not for profit business thats provides a service in the UK targeted at helping those over 50 lead fuller working lives.

Lucy and I have a fascinating discussion about the use of Psychometric and Personality Tests in recruitment where Lucy explain how, why and when they are used.
