I have known Haley for over 10 years now. I initially headhunted her and placed her in a senior role as a candidate and I have also acted as her recruiter of choice when she was the CEO of a specialist economics consultancy, helping her recruit her senior team.
Haley is an Energy sector professional with 30 years experience and a history of working in management consulting, industry, government and a major European energy company.
She is skilled in Energy Policy and Regulation, Business Transformation, Project/Programme Management, Financial Modelling, Energy Market Analysis and Due Diligence.
Haley explains how her career progression has developed through reacting to opportunities that came her way as a passive candidate. These opportunities lead all the way into a CEO role.
However when she more recently found herself actually actively looking for a new role she found she was ill equipped for this new challenge.
